This informal course will introduce the rules and basic strategies of contract bridge.
We gratefully acknowledge support from Mitch Dunitz and the ACBL Educational Foundation, which contribute expertise and funding to help run the course.
The template of this website is borrowed from UC Berkeley CS 188, Summer 2022.
In order to inspire more people to learn and play bridge, we will provide a stipend of $15 for each session (up to $150) to each qualified student upon the completion of the course.
Students who meet the following criteria are qualified for the stipend:
The students are also encouraged to join the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL). Most students should qualify for the $5 junior membership, and we will reimburse the membership fee for the first year.
